The NTCF06LP, HECI/CLEI code SN2TD0MBAA, is a 1557.363 nm OC-192 DWDM TriFEC T/R interface circuit pack.

The NTCF06LP, HECI/CLEI code SN2TDH0BAA, is a 1536.61 nm OC-192 DWDM TriFEC T/R interface circuit pack.

The OC-192 DWDM TriFEC T/R interface module supports the functionality of the existing OC-192 DWDM T/R circuit pack with Triple Forward Error Correction (TriFEC). The OC-192 DWDM TriFEC T/R interface provides both the TriFEC encoding in the transmit direction and the TriFEC decoding in the receive direction.  The OC-192 DWDM T/R with TriFEC interface circuit pack is supported in OPTera Connect DX network elements operating with OPTera Connect DX Rel. 2 or greater.

Of course, Nortel is no longer in business.  I am not sure how much support Ciena can provide on the OPTera Connect DX optical transport platform.
